I'm David, I live in Newcastle with my beautiful wife and son where I enjoy the occasional Guinness, good coffee and training in Jiu-Jitsu. My calling in life and passion is being a coach and what I strive to do as a person is show up in the world as the best version of myself, which is always an ongoing process. I call myself a “Performance Coach” because I focus on helping people perform at their best and I love to see clients achieve and go beyond the biggest vision they can conceive for themselves.
