Cockerill & Co is a trading name of Invisible Progress Ltd. For the avoidance of doubt, we will be referred to as Cockerill & Co for the remainder of this document.
By placing my booking I understand the information supplied gives Cockerill & Co permission to communicate with me by mail, email, or phone to relay special offers, announcements and information I may find valuable in my business. I further understand that the event I am attending contains confidential copyrighted information that may not be copied or reproduced without written consent from Cockerill & Co.
Terms Of Booking
I understand all sales are considered final once payments are processed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you purchase one of our products or services on a payment plan, and an instalment payment fails and remains uncollected for 30 days, then the entire outstanding balance of the payment plan will become due.
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to any live event, Cockerill & Co reserves the right to make changes to venues, speakers, or dates as necessary. In this case you will be notified no later than 7 days before the event.
All advertised times are approximate and subject to change. It is your responsibility to make appropriate arrangements to ensure that you arrive at the venue in sufficient time and to ensure that you are able to stay until the close of the event.
We will not be responsible to make any refund or meet the costs of any alternative travel arrangements or for any loss of enjoyment or other indirect loss as a result of an event not running to the precise advertised times.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure all events run as planned, in certain accentuating circumstances beyond our control, cancellation, postponement or alteration of the event may be necessary. This includes, but is not restricted to: natural disasters, acts of terrorism, force majeure and speaker/trainer illness. In the event of any cancellation, postponement, or alteration you will not be entitled to a refund and will be transferred onto the next available event or issued with a credit note to the value of the ticket price paid.
It is your responsibility to check that the event has not been cancelled, rescheduled, or altered. Information on such matters will be made available on social media, on the Cockerill & Co website and by email as soon as reasonably practicable. Customers are advised that the website cannot always be updated immediately and that circumstances giving rise to cancellation, postponement or alteration can sometimes arise immediately prior to an event.
To Make A Change To Your Booking
If the event you have booked for is hosted on multiple dates (i.e. it isn’t a ‘one off’ event) then you may move the date of your attendance at no additional charge, providing you give a minimum of 90 days’ notice. You may do this via email to [email protected]
We do not offer refunds on any of our “In person events” but you may without charge nominate your place to an alternative guest of your choosing as longs as you notify us within 24 hours of the event occurring.
If you do not attend the date you have booked for you are not entitled to a refund or to attend any future date that may be available.
